Dieser Comic ist eine kleine Perle. Wir bekommen einen sehr spannenden Mordfall welcher sich in vier verschiedenen Zeitepochen abspielt. Es wird ein und die selbe Leiche in London in den Jahren 1890, 1940, 2014 und 2050 gefunden. Ich hätte nicht gedacht, dass man so eine komplexe Story in nur 220 Seiten erzählen kann. Dies gelingt dem Autor hier sehr gut! Natürlich bekommen wir auch vier verschiedene Zeichenstile! Top Comic!
Insgesamt kann ich es so zusammenfassen, dass ich keine Ahnung habe, was ich da gelesen habe. Eine Leiche, die zu verschiedenen Zeiten in London auftaucht: Zur Zeit Jack the Rippers, während des zweiten Weltkriegs, zur heutigen Zeit während rechter Demonstrationen und in einer dystopischen Zukunft. Nicht nur die Leiche verbindet die Zeiten, sondern im Laufe der Graphic Novel gibt es weitere Überschneidungen. Jede Zeit wurde von einem anderen Künstler gestaltet, was sehr interessant ist. Die Auflösung hat mich nicht überzeugt (aber wie gesagt: vielleicht habe ich es auch nicht verstanden) und auch die Zukunftsepisoden sind schon sehr abgedreht. Die zugehörige Serie habe ich nicht gesehen, von daher kann ich dazu nichts sagen.
