When beginning the story seems to copy elements if ither YA novels but it starts to stand more on it's own feet when you continue reading. It's a new and very interesting take on vampires which fascinated me and makes me want to read the sequels as soon as possible. The characters are also interesting and how they are related and I hope that some of the characters will find back to each other...
