Long Shot was such an intense read. When i think back the i read the first book of the Hoops Novels i remeber that i really loved it even if i was shaken up in my emotions because it was an amazing story. When i saw that the author is will write an other book in hoops novels i know that i have to read this one. Interesting about this book was that the hero und heroine had a history before they met. Because that created a special chemistry between our protagonists. Also the the fact that sport or the the organisation behind the games or the players because that's a fact that brought me this sport more interesting for me. I really liked this because where i live basketball is not as big as its in the Us. Kennedy found the right way to create a special atmosphere. Because there was a balance between the serious themes and the humor. and also bringing up the past of the characters. I really liked that Kennedy had such a strong female protagonist. Even if is this book was serious i flew trough the pages because of Kennedy's amazing style of writing. It was so hard to lay the book down even if i was tired i said to my self ok just four more minutes and then i look on the clock and saw ahh it's allready 1 am. Banner was a grate heroine. The joung women who shows that she knows she is beautyful like she is even if she hadn't the perfect Figure. Also she has her sass and she says what she means. Seh woerks really hard and is loyal to the people who she loves. Jared was a man who worked hard for what he wants and he can be an ass somtimes but ddep inside he has grate heart. He loves his family a lot and also fights hard for what he wants. To conclude you can say Banner and Jared stole my heart and didn't gave it back. If you like intense stories that make you sad because they are over to fast because this your a ddicted to is addicted this i your book. I gets fave of five stars.
