It took me a long time to finish this book because of my own mental health issues. I loved the representation and research going into the topic of bipolar 1. There is so much stigma in society concearning mental illnesses. We have to keep going to speak about it for healthy people to understand that in general nobody wants to be ill.
Something a bit different and fun
The first thing that came to mind when reading this, was if the author is a fan of K dramas and got some inspiration from the drama The K2. The book was pretty easy to read and I found the characters to be likable overall. At some points I was getting a bit annoyed by Ava but overall it was a pretty enjoyable storyline. It’s a great read for in between or if you’re just looking for something light.
