America Vol. 1: The Life and Times of America Chavez (America (2017-2018))

Das war ein absoluter großartiger Comic und America ist jetzt zu einem meiner absoluten Lieblingscharakteren aus dem Marvel-Universum geworden. Ihr Charakter ist auf so viele Weisen genial, es hat so Spaß gemacht, ihre Geschichte zu lesen. Ich freu mich sehr auf Band 2!

Sigh. I really enjoy America as a character but this whole run is so messy, the pacing completely off. We‘re rushing from one thing into the next and then it‘s just pages of talking. It didn‘t help that I didn‘t like the art and that the art in issues 5 & 6 was downright ugly.
