About the book

A Passage to India is a must-read for those avid to dive and day-dream in an epic narrative. Set in the 1920s during the period of the English Raj and the Indian Independence Movement, the story tells us about the interactions of four main characters - Dr. Aziz, Mr. Cyril Fielding, Mrs. Moore, and Miss Adela Quested - during a trip to a fictitious place called Marabar Caves. This fantastic novel is based on the author's own experiences in India and borrows its title from a homonym Walt Whitman's poem published in his famous Leaves of Grass. It is considered one of the 100 great works of the 20th century English literature, winner of the 1924 James Tait Black Memorial Prize in the fiction category, and with a film adaption (1984) by the director David Lean.Get your copy now and enjoy it!

Got quite positively suspenseful in the middle but then lagged a bit of tension towards the end. Very interesting in some parts but put me literally to sleep in others.
