4.5 stars AAAA i can't believe it's done can't believe ive finished elise and valen's story oh my im emotional!!! the love the growth the action packed the plot twists the found family the friendships everything about these three books was amazing and wholesome and of course dad and intense but also so beautiful and magnificent, im obsessed and can't wait to explore the rest of the world and with new characters and new romance and all so let's go! valen and elise will always have a special place in my heart i fear, i already miss them and i just finished like a couple hours ago but already missing them like crazy, just their growth and the way they love each other and protect each other and care and respect each other is truly so powerful im just there's not enough words to describe their love and my love for them beautiful, fearless and amazing so powerful really!!! so happy they're king and queen even tho there were others first for the throne but they all knew they could be better and the land choose them soooo yeah I'm happy and i know valen didn't want the throne in a way but he is the best king and he went through hell and elise also needs this and she's going to be fair and kind but also deadly if she needs to so im excited for their "new life" and I NEED TO SEE THEM IN THE OTHER BOOKS OR ELSE! i knew i was going to love this series and now it's definitely official im obsessed i love the world i bought the next two books physically so LETS GO!! also the other characters, sol finally getting together after so long with tor, halvar and kari so cute expecting their first child, siv and mattis better than ever, my family happy and now finally a little bit safe and can live their lifes with a little calm until they have to help the others i guess haha now they have allies in the other kingdoms too ehehe
