About the book

Maven Wood is ready for a fresh start. After an injury on the soccer field leads to her dropping out of college, she needs a change. When her godfather-the coach of the hottest team in the NFL-tells her about an open position as a sports photographer, she jumps at the chance to apply. The pay is good, but it doesn't cover her rent after her roommate moves out. Out of ideas, she's not sure how she's going to afford to make ends meet... until the cute kicker comes to her rescue.Dallas Lansfield never thought he'd be a single dad, but he's embracing the role as best as he can. With a four-year-old that has too much energy and not enough time on his hands, he needs help.Desperately. So when he hears that his coach's goddaughter is looking for a way to make more money, he practically begs her to come be his nanny.Maven and Dallas aren't allowed to fall for each other. Getting involved with a player on the team is off-limits and a quick way to get fired. But what starts as a professional relationship turns into something deeper. In front of people, they're colleagues. Behind the cameras, though, their attraction only grows. Late night talks turn into sharing a bed, and soon, Dallas would rather give up his career than give up the feelings he has for Maven. He can't have her. So why does he want her so damn bad?Behind the Camera is a spicy single dad / nanny romance with no other woman drama and a guaranteed happily ever after.

Behind The Camera Chelsea Curto Rating: ★★★★★ (5/5) Behind the Camera by Chelsea Curto is an absolute delight to read. As a newly released book, it has certainly earned a 5/5 stars rating in my book. The story revolves around the life of NFL kicker Dallas, a single dad who is utterly dedicated to his daughter, June, who he lovingly calls Junebug. Watching their bond unfold throughout the pages was truly heartwarming. Dallas's devotion and priceless affection for Junebug is palpable and makes for a truly touching read. Maven's entrance into their lives is a game-changer. She fits perfectly into Dallas and Junebug's world, delivering a sense of balance they never realized they were missing. The dynamic between these three characters is beautifully developed and adds a sweet depth to the story. This book is a perfect blend of sweet and romantic, making me swoon at every twist and turn. The characters are well-developed, the storyline is engaging, and the romance is just the right amount of sweet and spicy. I wholeheartedly recommend Behind the Camera to all sports romance lovers out there. Chelsea Curto has masterfully penned a touching story that is both enjoyable and emotionally captivating. I am eagerly looking forward to her next release! I received an advance review copy for free, and I am leaving this review voluntarily. BookIG: @tequilamockingbirdlady GR profile: mvporter

ARC Review I have loved every single book in the Love through a lens series. I will say that I was a little worried about Maven’s story because she seemed so young. However, years have passed between the last book and this one. JB is adorable. Dallas is book boyfriend material. Maven is a sweetheart ❤️ Loved the mention of past characters. (Aiden & Maggie, Lacey & Shawn) Would have liked to hear more about Maven’s Mom.
