Fortsetzung der Quest vom letzten Band. Es zeigt sich der Strippenzieher im Hintergrund ansonsten geht es diesmal viel um größere Gefechte. Es taucht zudem ein alter Bekannter aus der Inselquest wieder auf. Nach wie vor irgendwie unterhaltsam, aber mMn schwächer als der vorherige Band. Leider sind die Charaktere auch im 8 Band noch sehr flach, ich hoffe da tut sich noch was in Sachen Charakterentwicklung, habe aber meine Zweifel. Insgesamt würde ich die Reihe als unterhaltsam aber in allen Aspekten nur durchschnittlich bewerten. Hätte ich sie nicht recht günstig gebraucht bis Band 16 bekommen, würde ich sie wohl nicht weiterlesen.
