Unfu*k Yourself: Get out of your head and into your life

I am not a fan of the wording the author uses to be honest, but I see how some are drawn onto that unfiltered expression. The book was a nice read though, besides the language. Motivating, informative and "in your face". More profound than expected.

This just felt like a middle-aged white man without any real problems shouting at you for not doing good enough for three hours straight. Whatever is in this book absolutely not did it for me. At least, it was short.
