I'm gonna pretend like this ending is the original ending and no harm will come to my boys anymore. Tbh the best character of the series was Grant (the OC), and I am glad he found his happily ever after too! But I had one major issue with this book and that was basically how the author tried to connect this story with the canon events, especially the storyline of Sirius going to Azkaban having betrayed the Potters and Remus completely accepting and not even questioning it?? like, there was no build up for any of them not to trust each other (same goes with why Peter actually betrayed the Potters, like it kinda came out of nowhere here?). And also later when Sirius escapes and Remus takes him back, it's all forgotten and forgiven in a blink of an eye? I know it's hard to connect canon and fan-fiction but this kind of felt lazy and rushed, i'm sorry!!)
