„Good Omens“ ist der gleichnamige Roman zur Amazon Prime Serie. Das Script Buch beinhaltet die Urfassung des Drehbuches aller Episoden, inklusive herausgeschnittener Dialoge und Szenen. Das Buch zeitgleich mit der Serie zu verfolgen, ist interessant, da dabei am meisten auffällt, was es schlussendlich in die finale Episode geschafft hat oder welche Szenen an andere Stellen gelegt worden sind. Es gibt dadurch noch mal andere Einblicke auf die Geschichte und zusätzliche Informationen, wie in der Dialogszene von Episode drei währen der Französischen Revolutiion. Crowley sagte an der Stelle in der Serie: „Don’t say that. If my people hear I rescue an angel, I’ll be the one in trouble. And m,y lot don’t send rude notes.” Im Scriptbuch wird der Satz weitergeführt mit: „They send Hastur. Or Ligur. If you’re lucky.“ Das ist nur ein Beispiel von vielem in dem Scriptbuch. Das Buch ist ein Skriptbuch zur Serie Good Omens mit Szenen, die es nicht geschafft haben gedreht zu werden bzw Szenen die gecuttet wurden. Ich liebe die Serie und fand es interessant das Skript zu lesen, vor allem, da es Dinge gab die wirklich anders in der Serie hätten sein können! Love it!
