𝕄𝕖𝕚𝕟𝕖 𝕄𝕖𝕚𝕟𝕦𝕟𝕘: Das Buch lag einfach viel viel zu lange ungelesen hier. 🤯 Ich fand es einfach genial. Die Stimmung, die Charaktere, die Handlung. Einfach perfekt! Aber nochmal genauer: Die Atmosphäre im Buch ist beklemmend und eher auf der düsteren Seite, wechselt sich aber auch mit schönen Momenten ab. 😁 Gleichzeitig sind die Charaktere einfach zum niederknien. Manche sofort sympathisch, andere die einem langsam ans Herz wachsen und solche, die man einfach nur loswerden will. Eine richtig gute Mischung. 😍 Und die Geschichte? Spannend, abwechslungsreich und zum Miträtseln. ❤️ Mehr kann man gar nicht verlangen, oder? Der Stil hat mir richtig gut gefallen und ich will mir definitiv mehr Bücher von Lee Mandelo holen. 😍 𝕃𝕖𝕤𝕖𝕖𝕞𝕡𝕗𝕖𝕙𝕝𝕦𝕟𝕘? Definitiv! Für alle Fans von düsteren Geschichte mit einer guten Portion queeren Charakteren gibt's eine Leseempfehlung. 𝔼𝕦𝕣𝕖 𝕃𝕚𝕔𝕖𝕪 ☘️
Fever dream in the best kinda way
I don’t even know where to start… In the beginning I wasn’t quite sure what to think of this, but I got sucked into this gothicy tale of horror and a bunch of queer dudes in dark academia so quickly. Just like Andrew needs some time to adjust to the new people around him, while trying to cope with his grief, you as the reader need to adjust to the new setting and world. The more Andrew sinks into his investigation you are right there along side him. The writing makes you feel deeply immersed into the story. I can’t and won’t say much else, just that you’re up for a wild rollercoaster ride with a slow burn romance. I just wish the book had like two or three more pages because I need more of the romance!!
