Within the Sanctuary of Wings

What an amazing ending to the (main) series! This book started quite slow and I was a bit worried but then the pace picked up and I devoured it until I finished the book. I have so much love for this series and it's characters and I can't recommend this series enough - it really gets better with every book!

In diesem Band begleiten wir Lady Trent in ein weiteres Gebiet der Welt. Sie wird von ihrem Mann Sahil und ihrem treuen Kollegen Tom begleitet. Durch eine Anfrage eines unerwarteten Freundes, der einen Leichnahm einer unbekannten Drachenspezies in der höchsten Gebirgsregion der Welt entdeckt hat, gelangt sie zu einem neuen Abenteuer. Was sie hier entdeckt sprengt alles, was sie sich vorstellen konnte und läutet einen neue Ära ein. Mit gewohntem Witz und einer Fülle an tollen Ideen und politischen Machenschaften bringt Brennan die Serie zu einem Ende! Die ganze Serie ist sehr schlau aufgebaut und die Mischung aus Inspiration aus unserer Welt und Fantasie für ihre eigene wirkt als wären wir im viktorianischen Zeitalter mit Drachen. Empfehle sie wärmstens allen, die Fantasy mögen, und einen etwas anderen Ansatz suchen.
