I thought it sounded very promising, but the timeline is so messy, and the writing style wasn't for me (especially in Neil Smith's English translation), and I was so focused on how confusing it all was that I couldn't really enjoy the plot. Also, Joona Linna is supposed to be the main character? His contribution to the plot can be summarized like this: Chapter two: "I'm always right, you'll see" 500 pages later, on the phone to a person who has just been through massive trauma: "See, I was right. Told you so." Yeah, this wasn't for me.
