    Ich hab das Buch als leider sehr anstrengend zu lesen empfunden. Mir waren die Daten auch viel zu alt. Das Thema an sich ist total spannend in wie weit Stress Auswirkungen auf unsere Gesundheit und Krankheiten hat. Hierbei ist nicht immer nur der Stress gemeint als Stress auf der Arbeit, sondern zb auch der Stress der entsteht, wenn Eltern einen vernachlässigen oder ein Elternteil verstirbt, der Partner Alkoholiker ist etc.. vielleicht finde ich noch einmal ein anderes Buch zu dieser Thematik, welches aktuellere Daten verwendet und etwas leichter zu lesen ist.

    The book comes highly rated but after trying the sample I knew this would be a chore to read because of the way it was written. Hopefully I can find another book on this topic that is written better.
