Courageous Cancrian visionary Rho nearly lost everything - including her life when she exposed and fought against the Marad, the mysterious terrorist group bent on destroying balance in the Zodiac Galaxy. Now, the Marad has disappeared, leaving no trace behind, and an uneasy peace has been declared in the Zodiac Galaxy. But Rho is suspicious. She believes the Master is still out there in some other form. So when Rho's best friend, Nishi, invites her to House Aquarius to be a part of a new political party that celebrates youth, freedom, and equality, she jumps at the chance - but not for the politics.
