Dexter Is Delicious (Dexter Series, Band 5)

... und kurzweilig. Die.Dexter Reihe ist unvergleichlich und herausragend. Sowohl die Bücher als auch die Serie. Ich liebe es, immer wieder eines der Bücher aus der Reihe zu lesen. Der Schreibstil und wie wir aus der Sicht von Dexter seine Welt erleben sind wirklich klasse. 4 🌟

Ich liebe die Dexter Reihe und bin wirklich ein Fan davon, aber Deborah hat mich dieses Buch wirklich sehr genervt. Sie ist so selbstsüchtig und egoistisch. Dexter ist grade Papa geworden und sie erwartet von ihm das er sofort springt. Außerdem erwartet sie immer seine Hilfe und bekommt alleine nichts hin und nimmt dann aber keine Ratschläge an und weiß alles besser. Das hat mich wirklich genervt und ich musste das Buch manchmal weglegen.

This is the fifth book in the Dexter series and originally I was really interested and excited to start this book but for some reason when I picked up my paperback edition and tried reading it. It felt wrong and strange. So I ended up putting it to the side and not reading it after reading about 20 pages when I first started it. But since I’m already in the middle of this series and I really wanna finish it at some point, probably at the end of this year I decided to give it another chance about 2 1/2 weeks later when I went to stay at my grandma’s house for a couple days and due to the fact that I was travelling with the bus to my grandma’s house, I wasn’t able to take a lot of stuff with me so I downloaded the book onto my Kindle and decided to if I read this book during a stay with my grandma then I’m gonna read it on my Kindle because that’s just easier to travel with and easier to carry around Do it to the fact that I was staying at my grandma‘s house I wasn’t really able to continue my fitness so within the last two days of my stay at my grandma‘s house I read this book on my Kindle while walking up and down my grandma‘s house, basically walking from the living room to the kitchen and back because that’s the convenient thing about owning a Kindle you can literally read while you are walking and normally I do that on my walking pad at home, but if I’m not at home and I’m like away for a vacation or in a different country or somewhere else like my grandma‘s house, I can just walk up and down and read while I’m doing that. For the book I actually felt like it was a little bit stretched during the beginning towards the middle of the book and we’re also dealing with a lot of crazy people eating other people while being under the influence of drugs so this book is definitely not easy to read because it’s like really gory and you definitely have to be able to read it because there’s heavy stuff going on
