Spannende Abenteuergeschichte in einer Welt ganz aus Eis und Schnee. Und auch wenn der Protagonist noch ein Kind ist, ist der Weltenaufbau angenehm komplex und grösser als man es üblicherweise in Kinderbüchern findet. Auch die verschiedenen Völker und die Magie der Klangweber ist interessant und ich hing gebannt an den Seiten. Also im übertragenen Sinne, denn ich habe dem von Simon Jäger gesprochenen Hörbuch gelauscht. Er hat es für meinen Geschmack manchmal mit den Akzenten der Charaktere etwas übertrieben, aber ansonsten war die Lesung wieder sehr gelungen. Leider gibt es die kommenden Teile noch nicht zu hören, ich werde also wohl doch selbst in die Seiten abtauchen müssen. Denn wie es mit Ash, dem herrlich grimmigen Yeti Tobu und der sympathischen Crew der Frostherz weitergeht, muss ich natürlich wissen und bin gespannt, wie sich die Welt noch entfaltet.
