I found The Library of Shadows incredibly captivating and well written. The story is so exciting that you truly get lost in its world, experiencing every twist and turn alongside the characters. It made me feel every thing from tension and fear to laughter and admiration. Definitely a 5star read ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Nettes Buch für Zwischendurch
Insgesamt ein eher ruhiges Buch mit vielen humorvollen Passagen, die mich oft laut aufmachen ließen. Das Problem für mich war eher, dass es ein wenig zu wenig fokussiert auf die Nebencharaktere war, sodass ich kaum den Wandel bemerkt habe, den die Figuren mit der Zeit durchmachen. Es verleiht ihnen leider eine gewisse Distanziertheit, die mich gestört hat, da hätte man die Hälfte der Charaktere einfach herauslassen können und sich stärker auf die anderen konzentrieren können. Ansonsten sehr liebevoll gestaltet und spannend gehalten. Eben ein entspanntes Buch für Zwischendurch.

Would I have loved more depth and background? Yes. Would I have craved to know how the story went on a bit longer? Absolutely! But, although not having that, I adored this book. It was like a nice 90s movie, a good story, told with bittersweet tastes of loss and loneliness. And oh, the Casper vibes were there 💖
