Who forced them to be friends? 💔🎀🍒
Hmm.. I'm kind of torn on this one. It was interesting to follow Alicia, Marnie and Hannah through their twenties. However, this book is supposed to be about female friendships, so I kind of expected the girls to rely on each other more. I get that every friendship works in different ways but they NEVER opened up to each other. I feel like female friendships are one of the best things on this planet. Telling them your ups and downs without the fear of being judged is so precious. Those people are your support system! Alicia and Marnie had a good foundation. Hannah just didn't fit. She didn't bring anything to the table. The book would've had more potential, if it focused solely on Alicia and Marnie. I think I just found it very difficult to relate to their friendship because I would've ended it as soon as it didn't serve me anymore. Sure, it was interesting seeing all of them being in absolute different stages in life and the last few chapters were soo much better too. I just wish Alicia and Hannah would've gotten along way sooner into the book. Not literally in the last 50 pages. (I just want to give Alicia a hug)

What a lovely and insightful read
Loved it. The whole story was so addicting and insightful that it feels like I've been a part of that trio's friendship all along. Wouldn't say no to a follow up somewhen in the future and another 13 Galentine's Days to follow through. Cheers to long lasting friendships.

Friendship till the end ?
