I genuinely have no idea what I just read. The writing style threw me off so much that I skipped a lot of scenes because I simply didn't care enough to figure out what was happening. And then the ending came out of nowhere and somehow sparked enough curiosity in me that I actually want to continue this series. Will I understand more? Probably not. Will I still read book 3? Yurrr
