A good to know clicheé

When it comes to topics like mental Health and having a mindful lifestyle, this book could somehow be categorized as clicheé or at least as very repetitive. Nevertheless I found some interesting exercises that I would like to try. I would recommend this book to listen to to on a free afternoon, since it is so short it suits as the perfect companion.
