I did start this book a while after the first one and have to say that the time was needed. The topics in the book are hard to swallow and to compute. It differs from the first book, because there is less body harm and more psychological harm. The body harm that is described is by no means less disturbing. As written for the first book: I enjoyed it, but its not for everyone
