Ein toller Einstieg. Der Schreibstil gefällt mir total und die Story hat mich mitgerissen. Jetzt muss die zweite Novelle ebenso gut sein und dann könnte das erste Buch in der Reihe ein echtes Highlight werden. Lieblingszitat: „You. My fate is you.“
Turns out that Rooke's story before she went to the war, needed telling. Her feelings however stayed on the pages (on the display) - her grief and everything else just didn't reach me. I'm so looking forward to the next book in the series and this was a nice way to pass the time.
