I know the writing of the two authors (because I have read other books from them) and I have to admit that this book isn't the best one. The writing wasn't bad and the book neither but I didn't come into the story. It is a good book for between but nothing more. It just didn't me catch as I hoped for and I don't feel the urge to read the second book, even with this cliffhanger. Maybe someday.
