Lawyer John meets Matt at his client's party and feels astonishing that the laid-back Matt hates him on sight. Which is why he obviously, even if begrudgingly, invites him to stay at his villa for the summer. The villa where John wanted to be alone. To think amongst other things about how to get his ex-wife back? What?? I am ready to put realism aside aside for a comfy read but nah, this was asking too much from the beginning.
