Well written and enough light drama to keep it interesting but not too much. Liked the communication and the fact that Ed always managed to say no when it mattered. I guess my only problem is that I don't quite understand what Ed sees in Alec. The night in the club, sure. Hot guy. Whatever. But afterwards? If my boss treated me that way after I turned him down, I would not want to go any further. I don't know.
