I was completely overwhelmed with emotions. I cried, laughed and even screamed at my Kindle. I loved the storyline, the plot twists were incredible and I didn’t see them coming at all. I especially liked how he painted his face like a skeleton so she wouldn’t forget who he really was her rapist, her captor and torturer. The scene where she found out who he was, I completely freaked out! Even though Julian is the Devil and was torturing Astoria like hell, I somehow fell a little in love with him. I never would have expected that, I mean it‘s a horror novel… All in all, an amazing book. It’s the first I‘ve read by Sky Blu and definitely wont be the last!
