I read that book in German but couldn't find it on Goodreads! I really wanted to like that book. Really. My mother already said: It probably won't be the best book you read but it's nice! You'll enjoy it! I didn't. I just didn't get along with the writing style and for me, too much attention was paid to Alma, who was a character I just really, really didn't like. I thought she was annoying and demanding. I would have loved to see more of the other, fantastic characters. And this whole build up to Sara meeting Fernando..... Well. There were a lit of other author's words (all of them correctly used, mind you!!!) and then a few sentences and then he was gone and look where we ended up! With Alma! Imagine that. I am really sorry. I just found it... boring. It wasn't dreadful, oh God now. And there will be many people out there who will love it! At least I hope so! It just wasn't my genre and my kind of story.
