Habe ich nach 100 Seiten abgebrochen. So etwas langweiliges habe ich schon lange nicht mehr gelesen.

One of the worst books I ever read... I found it boring and annoying, and the characters stayed two dimensional for me. And the way the author writes (especially about sex) was very off-putting and disgusted me even sometimes. I am happy if other people liked this book, but it wasn’t something I enjoyed

The Gathering was quite different from what I had expected. I was a little disappointed that the actual gathering didn't take more room and that the big secret also seemed kind of irrelevant. However, I enjoyed the way the book was structured.
