Had no clue what this book was about. I actually just picked it because of 3 things: 1. The cover had a man + woman on it so I assumed there will romance in it. 2. It was recommended to me by the algorithm. 3. It was free with kindle unlimited. So this story follows 2 paladins closely on a quest that was given to them by their superiors. This whole book is a big adventure including 8 other paladins in search of a cup of power. With demons, and puzzles. With powers granted by the Gods (not really sure if singular or plural here, but did not matter to me). Also includes forbidden love. And a happy ending. I do not want to spoil, so I will leave it at that. The only thing I had trouble with were the description of some things, but that was about it.
