I’m not crying, I only have a speck of 128-pages-of-earth-shattering-poetry in my eyes. I am utterly in awe at how this is so cohesive as a collection and yet its pieces are so vastly different. The style is so raw and emotional in its stop-and-go flow, more free structure and form. This was INCREDIBLE and created art with such care for its subjects as well as the poet, finding observations and feelings worth saying and reading in the most personal as well as in seemingly strangers, it's quite extraordinary. I will gladly pick up Chen Chen’s first collection!
