It’s kinda hard to rate this book. I know Tallis is a very talented author and there must be so much more hiding between the lines but well... there is something missing... The book had some great opportunities. For example the film roll in the attic. We never learn what it’s got to do with it. There are so many hints in the book but then they are never explained again. I like hints in a book, where you have to guess the rest and everyone who reads it can make up their own mind. But here you have to guess the whole time and there’s no suspense at all. I’m scared very easily but I never felt anything close to fear or fright reading this book...
