Das war nicht wirklich was - manchmal ganz netter Humor, aber mir fehlte es definitiv an einer richtigen Handlung. Die Beziehung der beiden Protagonisten habe ich überhaupt nicht gefühlt, da wurde eigentlich nur eine rein körperliche Beziehung geschildert, viel mehr war das nicht. Und für mich war es viel zu wenig.

Fortunately, this book wasn’t as sickly sweet as the first. One thing I noticed was that Natalie makes a lot of “mental notes”. It felt like this happens repeatedly throughout the first half of the book. It seemed to me that her marketing project for Bailey Falls was completely forgotten afterwards. I loved it that she was a body positive woman, but I also didn’t need a constant reminder which size she wears. However, I still liked her as an character, and I also rooted for Oliver. What I also like about this kind of series is the interconnection between the different characters.
