This book is another good example of something geared towards management, which uses a story to explain what the essential parts - satisfaction in job and the need for a task and fulfilment. It was a quick and easy read and I still have to think about how this applies to my team and myself though. Especially about the points with measurement and how many other people benefit from my own work.
