This novel goes to show that Guy Gavriel Kay can also write fantastic contemporary stories. And YA as well. Another well crafted storyline, with beautiful language as you expect of GGK. Overall not the strongest book in my opinion, I prefer his alternative history fantasy, but well worth a read. Recommended to YA-readers
