Beschreibung

Have you heard the rumor around campus about the locker room?If you haven't, let me enlighten you: Legend has it if you bring a girl into the sacred after-game domain of the baseball locker room, it will end with a walk down the aisle. One rowdy and naked encounter against the lockers with the girl of your dreams will make her your wife. Translation: baseball players are stupidly superstitious and believe the locker room has magical powers. But not all baseball players are superstitious, me included. So when the girl I've fallen for brushes me off, I start to question if I need to switch my way of thinking. Maybe it's time I finally hand out a coveted invitation to the locker room. The only question is, will she accept?

I loved to dive into the love story of Emery and Knox. It was so special to see the feelings grow with every joke Knox told her. He put her heart together and their story was very joyful for me. My heart breaked with so much feelings and I lost some tears...I will surely reread this story and it will forever be in my heart. Know was sucv a smooth man...best book boyfriend ever. Mr. Hot and Handsome himself!

started off really well, liked the character, the chemistry, the banter. but the freaking time jump - 8 (!!!!) years…. why. I was really looking forward to the whole series but I’m probably not going to finish it.

I really wanted to give this book four stars but the last 100ish pages ruined it for me… A 8-year time jump? Really? Why? Also Emory cries waaaay too much for my liking and Knox was a total asshole after the time jump. Kind of understandable considering Emory really did a number on our boy but it was annoying nonetheless.
