The Cursed (Coven of Bones Book 2)

Nachdem mir Band 1 so gut gefallen hatte und einfach mit einem gemeinen Cliffhanger endete, musste der zweite Band natürlich auch gelesen werden. Leider konnte dieser mich absolut gar nicht überzeugen. Es ging die meiste Zeit nur um Spice, der Plot fiel super schwach bis beinahe gar nicht vorhanden aus und deswegen konnte ich den Buch letztendlich nur 2,5 ⭐️ geben. Band 3 kommt in den USA im Oktober raus. Ich werde die Reihe allerdings nicht weiter lesen.

The last 10% were interesting and enjoyable enough but everything before felt pointless and without purpose to me. I could just be me, but this just didn’t have the power to hold my interest or attention. I still like the dark vibes of this series, it’s definitely something different seasoned with a lot of morally grey and lots of spice (but not really good one) lol. A plus was the end as it was heartbreakingly beautiful for me.

I am a fool. I hated book 1 but went on my way to read the sequel because I couldn't stop being curious. Well look where that got me
