The Cupcake Cottage (Hockey Sweethearts Book 1)

You can definitely tell why this book was for free at the Apple Bookstore. The story is just all about them thinking they’re old (early 30s) and they won’t find someone to marry. As if marriage is the one and only important lifegoal. For her, for him and also her mother. Also her mother is just terrible. Telling her, that soon she would be old and need surgery so someone will love and marry her??? What the actual heck. And there are so many side characters without any explanation and story just to set them up for the next books, but they all have zero personality. I really don’t know why I finished that book.

Was a short cute comfy read ! No spice :) Really like the characters and their relationship felt real with all the ups and downs. Was fast paced and all in all I really liked it :) Only thing I felt was a bit short were character descriptions. I couldn't picture them.
