The Awkward Truth takes place during the last half of Lee Winter’s The Brutal Truth but can easily be read as a standalone story.

Schon im ersten Teil „Nichts als die ungeschminkte wahrheit“ konnte ich nicht viel mit Felicity anfangen, auch wenn sie dort nur eine Nebenfigur war. Und ich muss sagen, sie hat mich auch anfangs hier etwas genervt, aber da die Geschichte ansonsten sehr unterhaltsam war und ich die letzten 100 bis 150 Seiten Felicity doch sehr witzig gefunden habe, ein Stern Abzug.
