Es ist sehr lesenswert. Mike Cohn ist nicht umsonst ein berühmter Autor rund um das Thema Agilität.

Das Buch erklärt anschaulich, wie Scrum angewendet werden kann. Dafür muss bereits bekannt sein, was Scrum ist. Wenn man das weiß, gibt das Buch jede Menge nützliche Tipps, wie Scrum eingesetzt werden kann. Gerade die CDE-Methode (Context, Differenzen, Exchange) hat mir die Augen geöffnet. Absolut lesens- und empfehlenswert!
