Jess needs funding for her startup and enters a competition but accidentally writes „Mr" in the application. When she finds out that they are invited, she doesn't want to risk losing their spot, so she gets her actor brother to play the part of the CEO. Everything gets very complicated when she meets Oliver and a secret from her past is about to blow up. The Launch Date by Annabelle Slator is one of my favourite Romcoms and I’m glad to report that Risky Business entertained me just as well. I loved the idea and how heavier themes were interwoven in a respectful and not overpowering manner. And honestly Oliver is such a great MMC, he's so down bad for Jess. I loved their chemistry and their banter. This was spicier than Slator‘s previous book and I loved that. Their tension was great!
