"Natural Friends"?

After the terrorist attack in September 2001, India didn´t hesitate to declare absolute solidarity with the United States. Same enemies (China, Islamist terror), same values – this could be a perfect friendship. The present PRIF-Report scrutinizes the depth and defines the limits of this friendship between the world‘s most powerful and its most populous democracy.
