3,5 stars I really enjoyed the majority of this novella, but some sentences just really dampened my excitement for the book. I would love to read more from this world, and I do appreciate the relationship between these two characters, though.

1.5 ⭐️ Unfortunately, I hated this writing. I even considered dnf-ing this because it was so hard to get through. How the characters describe each other especially in the smut scenes gave me the ick. I will be trying more books from Jessa Kane though.
