Ein Buch, das seine Längen hat. Es hat lange gedauert, bis ich in der Geschichte drin war. Im Mittelteil fand ich es wirklich fesselnd und den Schluss hätte ich dann nicht mehr gebraucht. Das Buch erzählt von einer Kleinstadt mit vielen spießigen Charakteren, die zunehmend mit übersinnlichen Erfahrungen konfrontiert sind. Es dauert eine Weile, bis klar wird, was die Gemeinsamkeit ist. Am Ende ist klar, dass es eine gemeinsame Ursache gibt, die es zu bekämpfen gilt. Insgesamt ein etwas altbackenes Buch.
