I liked her a lot . And he is moody i like it 😂

Can't really give a good review of either of this book or the series, because I didn't really like the whole we killed your loved ones idea (by default) and still you fall in love with us. But it was entertaining enough and very well written that I still read them all.

Alright, so this book was a shocker and a disappointment as well. What I really liked was, that you get more and more information about the four horsemen and what happened to War and Pestilence (yes, they have a happy ever ending and families). But other than that, this book was 1/3 annoying and boring. I read the first books so eagerly and than boom, here is the downfall or better know as the filler. It's the third book now with essentially the same plot line: Horseman comes to earth, a woman encounters him and hates him, then, for whatever reason, they end up going from town to town on a horse. Nothing new here. However, in this particular instalment, neither character was particularly pleasant. Famine had no redeeming qualities (apart from his looks) that would make someone fall for him. As for Ana - oh boy. Thalassa tried to give her an edge by making her a prostitute - this, in turn, seemed to equate to Ana talking about sex a lot and having a filthy mouth. Ironically though, when the sex scenes finally happened (and it took a looooong time for that to occur - I'd say not until page 300-ish of a 400 page novel) they were pretty dull. Besides that, they actually fiit for each other. The banter between them is next level because both of them are wicked as hell. But hello, past 50 pages. The ending is a twist and broke my heart then had me screaming and made me speechless for seconds, but it is really good and still manages to feel different to the previous two books despite the similar set up. To be honest, because of the book I would like to start the last book with Death but otherwise the end was so exited, that I need to know how the story is ending. Could it be, that we see the others as well

⤷‧₊˚ 4⭑ “i’ve never felt so alive before, ana,” he admits. “it’s wonderfully messy. i think i might like being human after all.” oh my god i love this so much. i liked the first one, unfortunately i didn't like the second one, and i really liked the third one, which makes me even more excited for the last book. laura thalassa's writing style is amazing. it always shocks me how flawlessly i read her books and how much fun i always have. ana was such a sweet yet strong woman which is why i liked her so much and i never thought i would like the nickname "flower" but I'm loving it.
