Einfache Worte, viel Tiefgang. Lesenswert!!!
In this book we follow a young couple falling in love while a conflict is ecalating in the city they live in. Then a rumour appears that there are doors that lead you to different places in the world.I needed some time to get into the book, but in the end I did really enjoy it. I liked that a lot of time was spent on the relationship of Nadia and Saeed. I also enjoyed getting to know the parents of Saeed as charaters. At first I did not really know what to think about the little side stories but in the end I did really like them, especially the last two. The writing felt to me almost emotionless but that could be because it is written in the third person and we are not reading from one perspective. It was beautiful, nevertheless. Surprisingly I did really like the end. The book also made me think which I think is always a good thing.
