Die Fortsetzung ist erst 20 Jahre nach dem Erscheinen des ersten Buches geschrieben worden, was dazu führt, dass es sehr viele Verweise auf die vielen anderen Storys in der Reihe gibt. Wer die nicht gelesen hat, wird den einen oder anderen Spoiler finden. Für die Kenner des Universums ist das Buch eine gelungene Fortsetzung, da viele Lücken geschlossen werden. Nur das Ende ist im Vergleich zum restlichen Buch etwas zu gewollt. Ich hatte das Gefühl, der Autor möchte unbedingt den Kreis schließen, obwohl es nicht notwendig gewesen wäre. Trotzdem ein tolles Buch mit vielen interessanten Gedanken.
