A Promise of Lies (Shadows of the Tenebris Court Book 3)

A solid romantasy trilogy that wasn't dragged out unbearably long. I enjoyed the characters and especially how Kat and Bastian grew together. Most minor characters were pretty flat and written for their only role (villain, friendly side kick etc), which was a little sad. I could've done with 60 pages less but I still enjoyed the overall story.

This was a little hard to finish and unfortunately didn't convince me. I just knew everything before it happened, nothing could even remotely surprise me.But then the writing also didn't catch me so I got a little bored with this.Nevertheless, liked the series overall, but would not reread! 3⭐
